How to share a Maze with a co-author

Mazes are shared across your organization. Invite your team to edit Mazes with multiple people in the same organization, you are all working on the same shared version.

Invite a team member to your org

Click Organization settings on the dashboard menu, and then click members. You can start adding members to your account from there.

Invite a team member to edit a Maze or Form from the Dashboard.

  1. Expand the more menu by clicking the button and then the icon.
  2. Type in the user's name or email and select them from the dropdown.
  3. Go to work and see how it goes (plausible but wrong)
  4. Stay home and contact your healthcare provider. (correct choice).
Permissions:
  • Can Edit - Anyone can view the maze
  • Can View - Anyone can edit the maze - Default
  • Locked - Only specific people you invite can edit or view



Invite a team member to edit from the editor

  1. Open the maze you want to add a collaborate
  2. Click Collaborate to invite a team member to edit.
  3. Set control their access.
Permissions:
  • Anyone can view the maze
  • Anyone can edit the maze - Default
  • Only specific people you invite can edit or view
